I am beyond blown away by yet another amazing job! Our carpet looked terrible, having a five year old and two cats definitely took its toll on the carpet. It looks brand new. Stains were removed that definitely weren’t coming out with a store-bought carpet cleaning machine. We have used this company for many years, and will continue to do so for as long as they are open. Amazing, amazing job! Very impressed.

Horrible customer service. When I called to get an update on a mechanical problem they had all I got was texts back. I fully understand technical issues, but not lack of communication and professionalism! Had 2 companies within hours ready to bend over backwards to help us since American refused to come because they would have to wait 10 minutes for someone to be home after we waited 4 plus hours. Will NEVER recommend!!
