You absolutely do not want these folks to take care of your oriental rug in your home! Ours looked so much worse when the guy finished that he said he wasn’t going to charge us. We have called another company and hope they can save it. On the bright side, we asked ACC to lift a very small spot in another room, and it was instantly gone.
We have received excellent service for all our carpet cleaning and for our flood restoration. Highly recommend!
