Google reviews probably don't matter since they contract for Home Depot. The installers are nice and friendly, and do good work. Today was the 3rd carpet installation we have had done at our house. It was rescheduled. They are consistently late at best. They showed up 5 hours late to our last install. They called today 10 minutes prior to tell us they won't make it until 8:30pm! Was very happy and pleased with the two guys that came in and installed my sister's new carpet. Very clean and installed the carpet beautifully. They followed all the Covid 19 guildlines too! Very very impress by this.
AWFUL company and TOTALLY unprofessional! They do the carpet installs for Home Depot and we had an appointment scheduled for between for between 2 and 6 pm today to have new carpeting installed in our master bedroom. Because of our work schedules, my husband and I stayed up until 3:30 in the morning moving furniture and pulling up old carpet and carpet padding so that we would be all ready for the install today.
