Nice, no hassle car wash, greeted with a smile upon entering. All necessary supplies for window and tire rim cleaning available in a neat well stocked station.
I paid for the $27 wash. I have a car that sits low but has never been an issue with other car washes in Clarksville. When trying to enter it wouldn’t go on the track correctly. After 3 times trying the attendant told me I wouldn’t be able to enter. I asked about a refund and he gave me a phone number to call. I’ve called 3 times, once providing all my info, and keep getting told to wait for an email. There is no reason it has been 3 weeks and I have yet to even get an email about my ticket. Great service. Very kind people. Very professional. I love getting my car washed here. They make sure the whole car is wet before even going through.
Just went to the car wash on Madison st accidentally pulled in to the wrong section. Try to back out and get into the members lane and the little short girl with the black hair and glasses that looks she can't control her temper Had a very bad attitude simply because I backed out and it annoyed her then she started yelling at me. And then I asked for her name, and she refused, so I'll just give it a one star. Bad servers I wouldn't recommend this car wash. Do a better job training.
