I love these guys, have a membership in Collierville, they just converted to card only, no cash, they tried to look me up but no avail, but took me through my membership wash anyway. 1000x better impression than the jerks diwn the street who just told me to take a hike. Hit up Take 5 folks.
The guys working here were polite. Unfortunately I paid $25 for half of a wash. The water that’s supposed to clear the soap from my truck didn’t work. They ran me through the wash 3 times and I’m still covered in soap suds. Asked for my money back and dude told me he would run me through again. Sorry guys but if you’re not going to repair your equipment I will not return. Had to take my truck home and wash it myself.
The one on Madison street doesn’t seem to rinse as well as the one on Tiny Town. Lots of soap suds on the vehicle after going through the last few times.
The windshield was still dirty when we left. Why pay $18 when they don’t scrub your windshield. This is why we normally go to whitecap instead. I usually like them but this time was so bad.
Absolutely the worst crash that I have EVER tried to use. My vehicle looked like someone took a water hose to it. Windows dirty, car horrible! I showed the boy with the long hair and he said since I got the basic wash that I couldn’t even go back through it again. Just WOW. I will attempt to attach pictures. If I could give them a zero I would! Extremely poor management! Don’t waste your money!!!!!!!!!!
