Most vacuums didn’t work and the ones that did work didn’t vacuum very well. Trash cans were overfilled. Felt like a very dirty place.
I want to show my appreciation to Rush, part of the Take 5 team. I had been having trouble with my membership, which has not yet been resolved by the Take 5 Customer Care team. My membership shows that it's expired, but my monthly payment has been extracted from my bank account. I selected the $30 wash package and left the facility, only to discover about an hour later that the back of my vehicle was still dirty. I returned to address the issue and was told by an employee that my standard trailer hitch prevented their equipment from fully cleaning the vehicle. When I asked why customers are not informed of this beforehand or asked to remove the hitch prior to entering the wash, the employee responded that he “assumed everyone knows that” and felt no explanation was necessary.
