Take 5 Car wash used to be my go-to car wash because it’s conveniently located near my neighborhood. I also liked that, compared to other car washes, they offered wash cloths and cleaning chemicals for the inside of your car. Unfortunately, the last few times I’ve been there, the towels were either dirty or not available. Today was my last straw. It seems like this car wash has gone downhill since it changed brands. One of the main reasons I like this car wash is the towels they offer to dry vehicle. The towels are not always available. Vacuums are weak and they got rid of air blowers
Travis was very friendly and professional. He answered all questions I had.and made my car wash experience very pleasant.
