I couldn't tell from the pictures online if the automatic car wash bay was laser-guided. On closer inspection, it is not it has the big vertical rolls with trips of cloth that rotate and meet against your car. I generally do not use those as they can leave scratches in the clear coat. That's why I gave me four stars. So I went to one of the manual bays, and they have a lot of great options on the dial. Some that I've not seen in any other car washes. Using the right most self-wash. Not impressed by the credit card payment method here. Minimum 5$ displayed and 20$ charged to my card even when it doesn't trigger the washing system. No way to turn it off even though I told the wash to stop multiple times. I had yo use cash to wash my truck. The wash was fine once I figured out the mismatched dial. I have used this wash before without this kind of trouble. $20 for a wash you can't use and no way to stopit or report a problem is not ok.

The self service is quite expensive, $1/min, you can easy spend 30+min if you have a large dirty SUV
DO NOT COME HERE. The wash left extremely hard and difficult hard water/mineral spots on my brand new vehicle. I am now having to manually cut & polish my whole vehicle. I’ve gone to other washes and tried hand washing with no success. edit: added more photos
