Extremely rude and did not vacumn or clean inside car even though i bought "gold" wash. No tire treatment. Salt inside car. I asked politely if they could just clean the mats. The supervisor was rude and told me they did not clean the inside of my car because it was too cold out. When i drove up I specifically asked if they washed mats at that level of service. Well, they didn't today because they were busy. Super rude and disappointing service. Car still has ton of salt, ice and dirt all over.
There is no perfect car wash. This place did a decent job. The prices are $32, $36 or $45. Most people opt for the $36 wash.

edit: very angry they closed randomly and early with no warning. barely any drizzle today and arrived at 5:45pm. they’ve done a good job in a couple of times that I’m here, but this is an irresponsible business practice 2nd edit: I appreciate the explanation, thank you for that. Will keep that in mind
Worse experience.. they charged me $29 and didn’t even clean my car from inside…not even vaccummed properly and mats still dirty… wont come back again
