I can't believe how terrible my experience was at this car wash! Not only did they do a shockingly poor job cleaning my car, but they also cracked my friend's windshield, which is absolutely unacceptable. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is, without a doubt, the worst car wash I have ever been to. I paid for the Platinum wash, and my car somehow came out looking dirtier than before. There were still soap streaks all over the windows, dirt caked onto the tires, and I think they actually added scratches to my paint. The employees looked like they couldn’t care less.
