DO NOT GO HERE. i would give this place zero stars if i could!!! this is my second time having an issue here. as soon as i got in my car, i saw a piece of plastic (clearly a part from my interior) in my cup holder. i asked the manager where it came from and he tried to tell me when the cleaners find something laying around on the floor, they just put it in the cup holder. this excuse is utter garbage and bs solely due to the fact that i do a sweep of my car before i take it to the car wash. there was nothing on the floor whe... read more
The best car wash and staff
Extremely disappointed with this car wash. They did a poor job on my expensive sports car, leaving soap residue, dirt, and water spots all over both the interior and exterior. To make matters worse, they scratched the hood of my vehicle. The facility looks nice, and you'll see plenty of high-end cars coming and going, but that's likely because it's located in an affluent area--not because of the quality of the service. They should keep the toy business because as a carwash they are awful . By far the worst carwash you can get in Long Island Car comes out and workers spend no more than 5-6 mins finishing the crappy job the machine does They don’t even clean the inside windshield Keep in mind i paid $56 with a $10 tip Look elsewhere (rainbow) You are welcome
