WELL I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE NEGIATIVE PEOPLE ON THIS REVIEW!!! I Live 65 miles from Fort Morgan and my wife and I visited Gary. We saw how the dollies are made he gave us a tour. Now his manufacturing is way different he has around 7-8 18 wheel trailers that are connect to each other and the 2 connecting walls are removed and he supports the trailers with steal I beams in the ceiling. Although this site says they are closed! That may be so for this Fort Morgan, Co address, but they are still in business. The other web site does not have a review site. I was surprised at the quality service I received on my dolly purchase, the information and what I received were exactly what was told to me. Bought my American Car Dolly 2nd hand, but unused. I towed a Prius on tripe totaling 6000 Miles. Very happy the the performance. easy to load and unload. Very well built. No longer have the Prius. Sold the dolly this weekend for $950. I talked to Gary at American several times over the years I had the Dolly. He was always helpful and informative. I would not hesitate to the company and the Dolly.
American Tow dolly is one of the worst business'. Gary R. I believe the owner promises the world and delivers nothing. On the phone he gave me a great sales pitch. I ordered a dolly and gave him a date that was imperative I get the product and he guaranteed delivery. I WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH AMERICAN CAR DOLLY What a disappointment. This proprietor has strung me along for over 3 years, promising to fix the defective trailer he sold to me. On the rare occasion when he answers his phone, he fills me with empty promises of accountability and then promptly disconnects?or, he rages insults and vulgarities and disappears.
