I WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH AMERICAN CAR DOLLY What a disappointment. This proprietor has strung me along for over 3 years, promising to fix the defective trailer he sold to me. On the rare occasion when he answers his phone, he fills me with empty promises of accountability and then promptly disconnects…or, he rages insults and vulgarities and disappears. He has proven himself to be the odium of the earth. He lacks credibility, fortitude, integrity, honesty and is a detriment to the independent business network. Shame on you... read more

Just did about 4,000 miles with our American Car Dolly from Gary. No problems whatsoever. Road great. Towed our Hyundai Accent easily and I could mount it on the dolly in a matter of minutes. Towed with our 34' type A. Great product for a great price. Yes, we waited a little longer than expected for delivery but that should be expected because he needs to make the trip to your area worth while with a multi delivery load. Dolly is well made. Gary mislead us that the car dolly would be able to travel into Canada. It does not. His dolly will not pass DOT. It does need to be plated in some States now. It is suppose to have a break away switch, his safety chains do not meet DOT specifications also. All he cares about is selling. We could not bring this inferior car dolly into Canada. I bought an American Car Dolly from Gary two seasons ago to tow a Kia Soul. Its been a pleasure to use the dolly with our class C Jayco. The only issues was the break controller locking up. I talked to Gary and he sent a new one under warranty which I installed this winter. We have gone out a couple of times since with the replacement and it works great. I would highly recommend American to anyone. Great design and build and Gary backs up his products with excellent service. The timely delivery and demo was a big help.

I don't believe you could find a better built car dolly at any price. Gary is a great guy to deal with. When he delivered our dolly he took the time to make sure we knew how to set up everything and that everything was as it should be. Tremendous company to buy from. Thanks.
