Bought a 2023 GMC Denali 3500 Have had the car for 2 days and it's covered in rust spots. Had to break the fuel cap off to fill the car up within hours of collecting the car from the dealership. Made us buy warranty for $3000 when their terms of sale dictate warranty is included by a third party. Won't answer phone calls now. Definitely not the experience we expected when we handed over $220 000 for this vehicle.
Honestly these guys were brilliant. Peter set my ram up perfectly, the pricing was spot on and the girls behind the scenes did a great job. Communication and service was what you would expect. Thanks so much.
