I’m not a big fan of American Car Center. My sales person Jamual didn’t properly inform me that my down payment would be deferred payment so I haven’t started paying on my loan yet. I feel like your salesman is suppose to check the car and make sure it’s ok and exactly what the customer wants. He didn’t even fill the car up. The headlight has already went out. The oil life is at 20% mind you I haven’t had this car for a month yet. Just ask more questions. Also it’s a buy here pay here. Be mindful of how they operate.

Wouldn't honor their warranty and I had to pay out of pocket for a service and part they should have fixed. They are the worst, wouldn't go back to save my life.
JAMAL IS THE BEST! HE GOT ME THE CAR I WANTED! AND LOW PAYMENTS. HE ALSO MAKES SURE THAT YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR NEW CAR. I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU. I DIDNT THINK IT WOULD BE POSSIBLE FOR ME TO GET ANOTHER CAR BUT HE MADE IT POSSIBLE. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!
