My funeral home establishment uses ACF on a regular basis. This is definitely not a fraudulent company. We have been using their services for the past 7 years or so with no problems. if you are a funeral home and you do not want to wait weeks for the insurance company to send you funds to cover the bill then ACF is the way to go. Courteous and professional and always willing to answer my silly questions when I don't know how to file a claim.
This company is fraudulent...!! I've never heard of this company until my Loved one passed away. I've never had a conversation with anyone from this company and definitely didn't request any type of funding . When I called American capital funding LLC in Newport news VA to report fraud..... They called the funeral home and told them what I said. The funeral home called me immediately but Acf wouldn't answer any of my concerns. I want this company investigated
