Joseph Sieka was the lender for the buyer that wrote an offer on my listing. I received a lender letter with the offer and after being in escrow 50+ days on an escrow that was suppose to be 40 days. He stopped answering my calls and stopped responding to escrow. Come to find out after talking with the buyers he NEVER had them pre approved. The buyers (his clients lost their $4000 deposit) and my seller had to put her home back on the market and start all over. Very disappointing.
