Carl and his crew installed a pool cover for us in October. It started collecting water and sagging and he said I need to install floats but he never sent me any floats or let me pick them up. He is always too busy. The floats should of been installed when the cover was installed. If you want old time service with a smile, a quality product that is delivered ahead of schedule at a reasonable price this is the place to go. They just made a pool cover for us and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire process.
