The staff is courteous, helpful, and kind. Their equipment is well maintained and clean. Summer made herself accessible even on her day off to pick me up early from a 5 day canoe trip. She didn't make me feel like a bother and I am so grateful. Great company. I highly recommend!
Summer & John are absolute rockstars! I have never worked with a business of any kind that worked so hard to make the answer to every question “yes, we can”! Our trip plans changed about a dozen times from when, where, and how many boats and they accommodated just about every crazy thing we threw at them with a smile! Highly highly recommend! We did a 5-day canoe/camp trip and John and his family treated us so well. They gave us a place to leave a car in their property, they dropped us off at a canoe launch and then picked us up on the last day. They were a kind and friendly family to do business with. On the way there we got a flat tire, and John helped us by dropping us off closer to the Woods Ferry campsite - very adaptable and easy to work with.
