Helping people battling cancer.
This is an awesome place for folks going through a very difficult time in their lives. My prayer is that a cure for all cancers will be found and there be no more need of "hope lodges" in the near future. but until that time I'm thankful to be a part of a church to seeks to serve and pray for those who need encouragement and a hot, home cooked meal.
It is a wonderful place to stay when you are doing your treatments, the staff is very helpful and friendly and they help you while you are there and away from home. You meet people from all over the world and you make friends and end up with a lot of friendships a long the way. The people that bring the food in is great too . If it wasn’t for them I don’t know where I would be. They are a wonderful staff at Hope Lodge!!!!!!
what a wonderful blessing Hope Lodge has been. our home away from home while being close to our treatment facilities. A place to share prayers and hope with others battling cancer. Hope Lodge Lexington, with Jason and Melissa and their awesome staff, is a wonderful place. You are in a clean, comfortable and safe environment with a community of like minded people all dealing with the same thing that you are. You are never alone unless you chose to be. Whether you need a smile, a shoulder to cry on or a word of encouragement you can find it here. Hope Lodge has been a “God Sent Blessing” to our family. Thanks again for allowing us to be a part of this for 7 weeks.
If anyone wants to donate to any charity the hope lodge is the place to do so at! they go out of their way to help people in anyway they can. my mom had to have treatments so we stayed at the hope lodge and we couldnt of been treated any better! Jason, melissa, and the rest of the staff has a heart of gold and so kind and sweet, and their transportation driver fred is so sweet and kind as well! they give people a safe place to stay for free. and the rooms and all areas is super clean! they provide so much for so many I'm so ... read more
