Mark is a true professional. Showed up right on time, Looked at the water damage I had around the ramp door on my toy hauler and told me he would price the material to give me an accurate quote. Mark's quote was incredibly fair. The repair was top notch and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thanks Mark.
A big hand to Mark who owns American Campers and RV in Lancaster County! He came out and worked almost all day at our site and changed out the other side's bearings too. Honest, hard-working, knowledgeable and very responsive when no one else would even answer our calls. Very approachable and honest fee. Only 1 thing wrong....he doesn't live in Oklahoma where we do so we can benefit from his expertise if we need him again!!
Greeting fellow Rvers! First and foremost let me say that I spent about 8 hours or more with Mark over the past two days. I recently purchased a 5th wheel- got a great deal on a well built unit that needs some TLC- my hydraulic slides (2 in LR 1 in BR) were not functioning and grossly misaligned.
