The technician, Hairo, was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. I had a cable going across my yard that needed to be dug underground. What looked like a huge job was done quickly. Service was only interrupted for a short time and now both Internet and cable are working properly.
My experience was absolutely wonderful! Angie was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful while getting my dad’s lawn fixed, and she made the entire process stress-free. She went above and beyond to make sure everything looked great and that we were completely satisfied with the results. It’s rare to find someone so caring and professional, and I truly appreciate all of her hard work and dedication.
Had a team come to my property unannounced and started digging in my front yard. I found out through Julie that work was ordered by Comcast, and these guys were contracted out. I tried getting information on the project and its duration by calling, and didn’t receive any information until I sent an email. Today, their landscaping crew came and fixed my lawn.
