This is the most unprofessional company ever!! In August an Xfinity technician accidentally cut two of my neighbor’s and my Internet lines (leaving us without service). New lines were installed, and ACT came out and buried my neighbors lines and left mine untouched. I asked to installer about burying my line as well since the concrete and ground had already been opened. I was advised that he couldn’t do the work without having a work order for it. I worked here for many years in Wichita and I never missed a day, if I was sick I worked from home so I never had a day off. I busted my butt every day getting work done. Then I was getting married so I asked for a week off and they said yes absolutely. I even said if I need to I will take my laptop on my honeymoon and work from Florida. This company is by far, the absolute worse! I have a new irrigation system that was damaged in 7 different spots. I called to make a complaint several times and have yet to get a resolution.
Dually Chevy pickup needs to learn to drive. Cutting off tons of cars and flying around. I'd be beyond irritated of someone drove like that with my company's logo on the side
