Needed our color Brother Lazer printer fixed, called 4 places, just to look it over was outrageous. Found this place online. Called and the lady that answered was very nice, she said hold on, I will get you someone that knows about printers. David answered and very glad he did, he was very knowledgeable about the printer and told me the good, bad and ugly part I needed to know.
