The customer service of this company and the design of the product is the worst I've ever seen. Basically I learned if I'm not subscribed to their service, even tho I have their system installed, I was not able to get any help from them when things happen. The first time we had problem with the fire alarm, it started beeping in mid night (no fire) and we had no clue how to turn it off.
