The burgers were just ok. The staff was just ok. The floors were sticky and the table seemed to be wiped down with an old dirty rag. We got there at 130pm on beautiful Friday afternoon and no one was in the place. Didn't think that was a good sign and it was not.
Ordered take out. Food was prepared on time with great quality ingredients.
My Oktoberfest burger tasted like it was made from expired meat. It tasted stale. The toppings did not improve the taste. The fountain soda was good though. It was bubbly. I had some of my dining partner’s truffle fries. They were tasty. But because the burger is the main draw to American Burger, I have to give the restaurant a two-star review. Customers deserve a fresh burger made from premium meat.
