ABD just completed about 10 days worth of work on our home. They repaired quite a bit of dry rot, removed a door to the deck that was never used and (IMO) very poorly designed and completely rebuilt our deck and stairs. I cannot express how happy we are with the company, more importantly with the crew that were here doing the work. We had American Building Development replace about eight dry-rot boards (16 feet long), repair stucco, install new gutters, and paint our entire house. This was a major project — about twelve hours a day for a full week — and I was blown away by Anatoly, the project foreman. His attention to detail, communication, and work ethic were exceptional. TLDR: Company with impressive professionalism and high quality service. We are new homeowners in Oakland who recently bought a fixer with a completely dry-rotten large front deck.
