Do not trust this company's guarantee. They claim to have a Lifetime Warranty, if anything goes wrong with the installation or the windows they will fix for free. This is a lie, they won't do anything, but re-caulk, which didn't fix the issue. We've had ongoing issues with the installation of these windows and they refuse to correct the problem. We have used this company twice now and this review is long over due. They are amazing. I loved how simple the process was and how quick and professional they worked. The windows are amazing and I am so happy with them. Our house gets SO hot in the summer. Partly from the sun from the windows and partly from the attic. With our old windows it would get to about 81 on the hottest summer days. Now it gets to about 75 on the hottest summer days here in Va. I know if we got some better ventilation in our attic we would be golden... read more
I have had the pleasure of having new windows installed by American Builders of Virginia in Feb 2018. Their professionalism was 5-Star. The windows are outstanding and working with Roger ******* was refreshing. I can't believe that the level of customer service still exists. I would recommend them to anyone.
