Same as other reviews - *** BRANDON*** Buyers Beware! Worst Customer Service I've ever experienced by Brandon who is also the manager. This guy is a HOAX! Rude, inconsiderate, doesn't care about customers' needs, doesn't listen. Stay away from these people!!! Ended up purchasing a lock from a different supplier, I would rather pay $200 extra, but have a company that is there to help their customers and see through with their needs.
I ordered a lock & was sent the wrong one. When I called the company to tell them, the sales lady went ballistic. The people are unprofessional & rude. They’ll never get another penny from me.
