I sent paperwork in on Dec 19th of 2020 to get certificates and Ear Tags on a few F1 Heifers. Found out in Feb the lady that has been handling these in the past was let go and the new lady ensured me fast and prompt delivery on Feb 2nd. It is now April 26th of 2021 and have not received everything. If you are wondering why they even got 1 star it's due to they are sweet and apologetic when you call and that's the lowest you can pick!!!
