The newer location is smaller and the $40 that the gym charges for the "upkeep of the gym," is not put forth into actually fixing the equipment, or maintaining the equipment. For new individuals to the gym scene, whenever a gym tells you that they have a "maintenance fee," it's a fraud. All you have to do is look at the shape of the equipment. This is the worst gym I have ever gone to. The treadmills are always broken, and never being fixed. They also moved from a very open space. The new gym has no room and equipment is old and junky.
This place is relaxed enough to get a good sweat going. The staff is friendly and personable. They have many techniques for motivating you to help you reach your muscle-toning, weight-loss, bodybuilding goals.
