Terrible service and attitude. Made mistakes on my grandpa’s faeces samples twice! Calling and to claim that WE made the mistakes, then eventually found out it was the clinic tech who messed up the whole thing . First, forgot to give us the sample bottle, second, claimed we overloaded the sample. It was ridiculous and rude. Strongly recommend this location if you want to be humiliated.
No one likes to have blood draw. But this was the best experience I’ve ever had. NO PAIN AT ALL. Didn’t feel a thing. And usually I am very scared of needles. Fast service and the lady is so sweet. IF YOU WANT TO AVOID CONFUSION INSIST ON YOUR DOCTOR GIVING YOU THE PHYSICAL COPY OF THE BLOOD WORK DOCUMENT INSTEAD OF SENDING IT OVER. This is the 3rd and last time they screw up my blood work. Twice previously, they sent my bloodwork to the wrong place and “lost it”. These were both urgent, time-sensitive tests. They took days to even tell me, which could have been disastrous. This latest time, they didn’t even draw the correct vial for one of my tests. I even asked at the moment because I knew the test needed a separate vial from the other tests, and they said I was wrong and not to worry.
