No one likes to have blood draw. But this was the best experience I’ve ever had. NO PAIN AT ALL. Didn’t feel a thing. And usually I am very scared of needles. Fast service and the lady is so sweet. IF YOU WANT TO AVOID CONFUSION INSIST ON YOUR DOCTOR GIVING YOU THE PHYSICAL COPY OF THE BLOOD WORK DOCUMENT INSTEAD OF SENDING IT OVER. This is the 3rd and last time they screw up my blood work. Twice previously, they sent my bloodwork to the wrong place and “lost it”. These were both urgent, time-sensitive tests. They took days to even tell me, which could have been disastrous. This latest time, they didn’t even draw the correct vial for one of my tests. I even asked at the moment because I knew the test needed a separate vial from the other tests, and they said I was wrong and not to worry. I have been going here for a few years now, and it is rarely busy, and I normally don't have a wait. It is very small. There is only 1 phlebotomist there, and she is really good and has been nice.
