Super awesome place. For $300/mo you're getting a big kitchen, comfy couches, a *lot* of space, and a great team that's quick and responsive if you need anything fixed/repaired. They clearly care about their people.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. When I moved in, the apartment was not clean, which was disappointing. There’s very limited storage space, which made it hard to stay organized. The laundry setup is also frustrating—there’s no in-unit option, and shared machines often mean your laundry gets moved by others. The apartment has no AC, which made warmer days very uncomfortable. I've been at this apartment since Fall Semester 2024, and I love it! Before I signed a lease with them, I asked for recommendations on Facebook and people were saying good things about this complex. Joseph is the manager, and he does such a great job making sure that we feel at home. I hope to stay for the remainder of my time here in Rexburg
