Our organization has made many purchases through them for the model 4500 metal beds. The weld on the support under their bed keeps breaking causing the frame to weld. We had to throw away many of the beds because of it. Tried to reach out to them but never get a reply. Just sent them another email today and hope to hear from them. Will update if they do.
