Excellent customer service! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They have a great selection of professional beauty products, and if something isn't in stock, they'll gladly special order it. It's refreshing to shop at a locally owned store that truly cares about its customers. Highly recommend!

I had a terrible experience with this store. I wanted to buy hair dye that wasn't in stock, so the salesperson offered to order it for me. When I picked up the product and checked the expiration date at home, I discovered it had long since expired (the date was listed as a code, so I verified the information online). I returned to the store with the receipt and asked for a refund. Overpriced and some of the inventory is 20+ yrs old. I could tell I was getting scammed bc the cashier kept throwing in a bunch of stuff for free after I told them I didn’t expect the total to be that high. Will not be going back
