We were referred to Mark from American Beam & Steel by a foundation specialist. He promptly came out and assessed our basement and explained everything in detail. I recently reached out to American Beam & Steel Inc. regarding some rust I noticed at the bottom of a support column in my garage. From the very start, my experience with them was fantastic. Mark, the owner, promptly asked me to send photos of the issue. After reviewing them, he took the time to call me personally and explain the situation in detail. I can't tell you how helpful Mark has been. A absolute godsend! And get this - I don't live in the area. I'm in Pennsylvania. So why American Beam and Steel, all the way out in Chicago?
