I have a European car with difficult electronics surrounding the battery. Instead of trying to “figure it out” unlike most mechanics, Ken was straightforward about it. Sold me a battery at a very good cost and recommended a mechanic in town that could install the battery. It’s hard to find HONEST businessesmen in the auto repair industry.
