A complete nightmare. Avoid at all costs! This facility is a joke. The unloading process is ridiculously slow. I spent almost a whole day waiting around while the workers did absolutely nothing. No organization, no respect for drivers, and a total lack of professionalism. If you get a load here, prepare to lose your mind and your next booking. Disgusting service!
4 to 5 hours for loading
Very bad faculty to do business they don’t respect drivers and the loader guy was very rude saying bad words to my driver, immediately we cancelled the load.
When you arrive you’ll most likely see a line of trucks parked on ABC Wire Dr, take your spot in line and walk up to the docks to get checked in. Then go back to your truck and move up as the trucks in front of you move up. It takes roughly an hour to load each truck and they only load one truck at a time. So in my case, I was 5th in line and waited 4hrs until it was my turn for a dock. Then an hour after being in the dock I was on my way. Other than that, the people working were friendly.
