This bank sucks. Its okay if your a old person. But if you buy stuff online its terrible. They will lock your card on a Friday and you cant do anything til Monday and they dont even have online customer service. Worst bank ever. Its very outdated and their cards dont even have tap.
Drive thru, no greeting. Needed an authorization for a simple business deposit ( no cash back) We deposit in this account 2-3 times a month. Didn’t inform me, I had to hit the call button and ask why I was waiting so long. No sorry, no thank you! I’ll return to Lovers Lane or Scottsville Road where employees have manners.
