Drive thru, no greeting. Needed an authorization for a simple business deposit ( no cash back) We deposit in this account 2-3 times a month. Didn’t inform me, I had to hit the call button and ask why I was waiting so long. No sorry, no thank you! I’ll return to Lovers Lane or Scottsville Road where employees have manners.
Great little bank, but 4.5 stars for NOT having self- service ATM options (cash deposit at ATM after hours).
They taking 3 dollars for everything month statement you want and they closed my Business account with no reason and won’t telling me why this the worst bank you can work with ever.
