We have had the opportunity to work with people at all of the American Bank & Trust branches, they are kind amazing people! Always smiling, professional and easy to talk to. Wonderful bank to do business with!
Got a $175 overdraft fee on my account for having a negative balance that was brought to positive very same day. Contacted and was told it couldnt be waived pretty unhappy at this point, not at all relationship banking.
