I went to see the Shen Yun dance...highly recommended but the sitting it's a little crowded. I felt like sardine hardly any space people has to stand to let others get to their seats and the chairs half way to the front are to even and is hard to see when you have a taller person sitting in from of a short person. I hope they fix it.

We had high schools from all over Texas competing in Skills USA at the ABC. The hosts were gracious, the vendors delicious ( frozen cremes & cheesecake 😍) The facility was clean, inviting and spacious. Thank you for the hospitality! GO RAYZ!

I took my handicapp husband to the Ice Rays game and I applaud the staff for helping me get to the Will Call to pick up my tickets then they escorted us to the elevator and to our seats (wheelchair seating). I am not a very large person so sometimes it is hard to push a wheelchair up a ramp and thru doors. Without the help of all it would have been a struggle. The game was awesome and they came away a winner. Thanks to all including the Ice Rays staff.

The staff members who work the arena are poorly trained. The staff members are rude and threatening to customers. The American Bank Center used to be a place that was enjoyable to go to, but not anymore. My family has been harassed by a hostile worker in the arena on each of my last 4 visits. Your female workers seem to be on a power trip and enjoy harassing customers who are just trying to enjoy a show.
