Terrible customer service. Understand if you're not part of their hierarchy then your money isn't green enough for them. Great thing they're not the only bank in town! Avoid at all costs!!!
Since the new bank was put in.....The ATM isn't convenient for trucks. Had to get out of my truck to use it cause the curb is way too close.
Extremely rude and just not a good visit overall, they are never nice.
The older woman at the window with the short hair is ALWAYS rude when I go there. Sometimes I drive to Baxter just to avoid her.
I've banked here for years very nice staff
