Bank of America are thieves. After 25 years of loyalty, I am the victim of credit card fraud - some criminal uses a counterfeit card at Walmart and charges $690 whilst I am overseas. Bank of America simply issues me form letters stating I must have made the translation myself as the goods were signed for or the chip read. This is despite evidence to the contrary! Their award for "Best Overall Identity Safety in Banking Award" by Javelin Strategy & Research is not worth their bragging about! I will now petition everyone I kno... read more

I have had an account with BOA for 24 years! 2 checks cleared right before my direct deposit hit and I was saddled with 2 $35 charges, totaling $70. Called and asked if they could reimburse me based on my error and account history (never had these issues) was told no- they obviously don't need my piddly business- I will close this account and bank with a local bank that actually cares- BANK OF SCAMERICA, you have lost a client of 24 years over $70- GREAT customer service (that was sarcasm, in case you didn't get it)

THANK YOU !! It was VERY responsible to stop support for the Public Theater's production in modern dress with a scene inciting deadly violence to our legally ELECTED president - a man who wants to help millions of forgotten Americans - help them get back to work and a number of other extremely important policies to help poor and forgotten citizens. The phony excuse used by the producer was easy to see through --- please be careful in future -- giving to the arts is GREAT but not when it is clearly designed to stoke flames of... read more

Glad to see you pulled sponsorship from that disgusting play in central park. To even think of this as entertainment is horrible. After reading these reviews, I'm more than a tiny bit concerned about your treatment of customers. I have been banking with you since the 90's and it bothers me to read these reviews......

Thank You for standing up for President Trump by withdrawing your support for this horrendous play depicting his assassination. Bank of America is a good example of what corporations need to do.

Pulling out of Julius Cesar "Shakespeare in the Park" is censorship of the arts, all arts. This is a very wrong decision, which I will remember as a very poor one. Stick to bad corporate decisions, not censoring art.

Well, where do I start? one should write a book on Bank of America, especially their non-existent customer care. I'm trying to call them from abroad. None of the numbers work, they provide no e-mail address and no chat line is available. Need I say more? A disgrace!

Let the following corporate sponsors know that they should withdraw their support for PRESIDENT TRUMP ASSASSINATION PORN! Bank of America, Delta Air Lines, The New York Times, American Express. He is exactly right in his closing statement. If there was anything like this depicting President Obama's assassination there would be an outcry. Drop Shakespeare In The Park!
