Love them
Considering this is the only balloon store in the area that a balloon artist can shop at last minute, they clearly take advantage of it by offering lack luster, poor customer service. Asking questions is met with dismissive responses. You can't be dry and dismissive with people and then act like they are the problem. I will purchase my supplies online. This isn't my first experience with them its the most recent. I wouldn't recommend this store at all.
My favorite ladies!!! American Balloon Factory has everything I need. They’re so efficient, work SO hard and always are able to answer any questions I have in order to get me what I need in a timely manner.
