What a wonderful place! You can browse as long as you wish. Anthony and his staff can assist you … whatever your needs or requirements. They make you feel like they are empathetic and knowledgeable. There is NO looking down on you or disrespect. Special orders are welcome. Their delivery staff is impressive. My wife and I have purchased 3 times and American Backyard will always be our first stop!
Excellent service and lots of floor inventory with which to compare furniture items. American Backyard offered me installation as well as removal of old patio furniture.
I purchased several sets of patio furniture from American Backyard. While I am pleased with all the purchases, I experienced issues with the outdoor cushions on 4 of the chairs I purchased. I discussed this with Jeremy at American Backyard and he immediately offered to look into the issue with the manufacturer on my behalf. Within 3 days Jeremy called me with a resolution to the issue.
