I met with Joe to discuss awning options for my home, built in the 1920s. He helped immensely! From day one, he answered all questions and responded promptly, which was very much appreciated. I first dealt with American Awning a little over a year ago. Jerry came over personally to look at the job, gave us an estimate and sent over Joe for the install which was done in a efficient professional manner. I had to call them this year for a problem (which was my fault for not setting the window back into place when I cleaned them) and Joe was prompt in coming out and fixing them and we were very satisfied.
