I first dealt with American Awning a little over a year ago. Jerry came over personally to look at the job, gave us an estimate and sent over Joe for the install which was done in a efficient professional manner. I had to call them this year for a problem (which was my fault for not setting the window back into place when I cleaned them) and Joe was prompt in coming out and fixing them and we were very satisfied.
