I called to ask for an estimate to repair or replace my porch awning. A man called me back and asked exactly what I wanted. I explained a panel fell away from my awning and I needed someone to give me an estimate of what it would cost to repair or replace it. The man on the phone told me it woukd be "At least a three hours". As this was a local company I was confused about three hours and asked how far away is the shop.
