Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Phillip specifically is absolutely horrible. He left a voicemail for my mother telling her she doesn’t “need to leave a bad review because he has a confident attorney” basically threatening legal action against my mother for leaving an honest review about how he kept ghosting her and didn’t show up to give a quote on Two different occasions that he said he would. Called this company by mistake actually looking for another company and was told how they could beat out any other company far as pricing etc only to not show up or answer the phone after setting appointment. What a waste of time
