Called this company by mistake actually looking for another company and was told how they could beat out any other company far as pricing etc only to not show up or answer the phone after setting appointment. What a waste of time
Absolutely great experience with them. Could not have asked for better. They will be my first call and first recommendation for any awning needs.

BUYER BEWARE: Customer Service is not their strong suit. Spoke with Phillip Holbrook about an awning repair. Phillip instructed me to send him a pic so that he could provide an accurate quote for the repair. I sent the picture and never received a return call or text.
