I’ve been getting my car serviced at American Autotech since 2014. Moved down to Houston in 2018 but I still drive up to Arlington if I need work done on my car, and it’s definitely worth the investment for the quality of work they do. Repair costs are also well below other quotes I’ve gotten. Never had to go twice for the same issue. The work is honest and reliable, and the service is top notch. 10/10 recommend Hands down best service. I’ve never had to
I had a great experience with American Autotech! From start to finish, the team was professional, honest, and easy to work with. They took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my car and gave me options before moving forward with any repairs. The service itself was quick and efficient, and I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. Pricing was fair, and they even followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly after I picked up my car.
Horrible experience this family started out appearing to be helpful until I kept having to bring my vehicle back over and over again for same issues that I paid for. Abdul got upset b/c of it and started raising his voice at me. I expressed to him that it’s not my fault that my repairs are not properly done I am not the mechanic . Unfortunately, I did not get the excellent customer service others talked about. I dont know if they lack experience with my type of vehicle or if they are just dishonest. Neither is good. I took my vehicle to them based on a recommendation. Long story short, I've been without a working AC since July 4th. I've got nothing but excuse after excuse from this repair shop on the day that I'm in the lobby waiting to pick up my vehicle.
