Did you know these guys offer a money back guarantee? That's amazing. You basically have 30 days to read over everything and if you see something you don't like, you can cancel and get your money back. That's a company that's pretty confident you'll like what you see. I'm in!

I was pretty upset when I got double billed the first month of having a new service plan - not a good way to start. I am a little ashamed to say I yelled at the lady on the phone. I have to give her credit, though, she was calm and polite anyway, she found the billing error, and she credited the payment to the account for the next month. Since then, I've had no problems. Just wish I knew the name of the lady I talked to. She was really nice and I feel bad that I yelled at her.

I didn't really see much point in getting an extended warranty (literally never used the warranty through my dealer) until I had a major repair with a bill over a grand - ouch. My coworker heard me complaining and said I should check out American Automotive Service Solutions. I liked what I saw on the website and called for more info and a quote. As a single mom, I don't have a ton of extra money, but I need a reliable car. When I found American Auto online, I really liked all the extras that come with the policy, but I was afraid I wouldn't be able to afford the coverage. When I called in, the woman I talked to was so helpful. She went over the options that would work for me and told me exactly what I would get for the money. You guys are so fantastic, just had to write in and thank you for the unbelievable service. Not only did you cover the issues with my fuel system, but Jennifer could not have been nicer when she was filling out my claim. She reminded me of benefits, like a rental car, that I didn't even realize were an option with my policy. There are so few companies that really care about customers these days, and you guys are just awesome!
