Had some service done here only to find the transmission fluid was 4qts low the next day... Tried following up with them since I was charged for the the full amount of fluid and they will not get back with me for anything.
The repair techs at this company did a motor rebuild for me, in the early months of 2025. The repair was done incompetently, and I've spent several months and thousands of dollars, going behind their work to have the vehicle repaired adequately! On top of that, the shop caused physical damage to my vehicle and refused to take care of the damages. I would not trust Colton or anyone from his team to do any repair work for me ever again!
Colton was great! He was able to diagnose and get my truck repaired in just about a week or so. Unlike a lot of shops that try to upsell you to drive up the cost, he only added what was needed and recommended parts based on what my plans with the truck were. Not only did he provide pictures showing what he found along the way, but he also works with integrity and is honest if something was to break during a part of the repair. Work done quickly, easy to deal with, convenient location and appreciated that they gave my engine a once over checking everything. Very satisfied!
