Yesterday I was driving with my 3 grandbabies in the car when I heard a loud scraping noise, I pulled in to the drivewsy, a very nice gentleman came out, noticed that after a recent oil change the technician didnt secure the sheild underneath properly. I was concerned about having to have it towed because I had my 3 toddler aged grandchildren with me, this man jacked the car up, fixed it in 10 minutes and didnt charge me.
