​I have left four voicemails and sent five emails. It has been two weeks without a single response. Their "customer support" line goes straight to a machine. I am stuck with a broken service and no help. They are great at marketing but terrible at support. I feel like my money was stolen at this point. Communication is the bare minimum for any business. They have gone completely dark since the payment cleared. Extremely unprofessional behavior from a supposedly top firm. I would give zero stars if the system allowed it.

The price quoted was not even close to the total. I was hit with several "service fees" at the end. None of these costs were mentioned in the beginning. It feels like a predatory way to run a business. Transparency is clearly not a priority for this team. When I questioned the bill, they became very defensive. I feel completely scammed by their pricing structure. Always get every single cent in writing before starting. They hide the truth in the very fine print. I am disputing these charges with my credit card.

​I was promised a specific result by the sales team. After paying upfront, those promises quickly vanished. The timeline they gave me was a total fabrication. Every milestone was missed by at least a week. Nobody took accountability for the constant delays. I felt like I was being lied to just to keep me quiet. This level of dishonesty is completely unacceptable. I would never have signed up if I knew the truth. They are quick to take money but slow to deliver. Absolute failure to meet even the basic requirements.

The staff here is clearly unhappy and it shows. I approached the manager with a very simple request. Instead of helping, they were incredibly dismissive. I have never been spoken to so poorly as a client. There is a toxic culture of "the customer is wrong." Professionalism is completely non-existent at this branch. They act like they are doing you a massive favor. It is embarrassing to watch them interact with people. I will be taking my business to a competitor nearby. ​I was shocked by the lack of safety standards here. The facility was dirty and clearly poorly maintained. I noticed several hazards that should have been fixed. When I pointed them out, the staff just laughed. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen for the owner. I didn't feel comfortable staying for the full hour. Hygiene and safety should always come before profits. Someone is going to get hurt if things don't change. I am reporting this to the local authorities today. Please stay away for your own physical well-being.
