Bought a whole years worth of coverage from them, then they tried to charge a 15$ fee for being a week late cause I forgot to pay the 4$ that I owed them. then they waived that fee but found a way to charge me with another 3$ fee. Horrible customer service and way too many hidden fees. Would have been better off canceling and going through someone else. 4$ is worth that much to you?
