OUTSTADING. I drove up today a 0915 with my 2003 F150 and well I needed a new windshield..Ive been putting this off all year. A buddy owed me so he came with me to dropoff andleave it all day. I have read that some sat around for hr's no way not for me I'll drop it off. Te told be NO NO we will get you right in and done in a hour or so. OK I sent my ride home 42 mins later new winshield...nice and sved my like 100.00 thanks
Excellent super fast – I came to Glass Masters to have my window glass repaired and when I called I was very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I was excited that they were able to repair my glass within 2 hours from the time that I called. They did not make me wait for days.
Do NOT use them – I took my car to Glass Masters to get my windshield replaced. 2 years later my windshield had a "stress crack". I had no external damage (from a rock, etc.). I called them to ask about it and first they don't keep any records of their customers, secondly, they only give you a one year warranty. A stress crack is caused from using a very low grade windshield (suppose this is why they only guarantee) and it causes an internal crack. Get what you pay for! – I had my back glass replaced on my SUV. They were quick and cheap. However they didnt clean up the broken glass. The glass didn't line up nor shut right. I had to bring it back and have them make it so I could shut it. Customer service was not great and overall I will never go back. I will most definately pay more money to a company that actually cares.
Auto glass and customer service 2nd to NONE! – My 1971 BMW was long over due for a new windshield and rubber sealing gasket, leaking when it rained etc.. Being a crafty carpenter/ home remodeler, when the time came to replace said items, I was certain I could do the job myself. A very expensive and heart breaking mistake. Exceptional Customer Service! – The service I received through the Virginia Beach store and also the area director was exceptional! We had extenuating circumstances surrounding the installation of our glass and the store manager went above and beyond by helping me to resolve things with the body shop also working on the vehicle. Good customer service goes a long way!

A ma and pop store..ask for a low price! – I went with Glass Masters to get my wind sheild replaced. They gave me the good price of $175 which I was happy with but they broke my rear view mirror in the process. Though they ensured me the would order the peice in fix it (as soon as it came in), they offered not compensation for this inconvienence and the somewhat discomfort of driving around without a rear view mirror. I did ask how they could compensate for this and they said they would come to my place to put on the mirror.... read more
Falling way short of any reasonable expectations. – My girlfriend's passenger window had been broken and the responsible party sent us to Glass "Masters". Supposedly we were to take the car to them. When I call to set up an appointment the following morning the receptionist informs me that the repairman was on his way to where the incident had happened.
